Thank you for applying for Financial Aid at Garrett College! If you need help logging in, please find your scenario below:
First-Time Users
If this is your very first time accessing the portal:
Click the First Time User link.
Enter your Student ID number (found in your email).
Enter your Web ID# (provided in your email) and your Zip Code.
Returning Users
If you have already set up your account in the past, please log in with your existing password.
Avoid "CODE IA" Errors:
Do not click the "First Time User" link if you have logged in before. Doing so will trigger a system error code (CODE IA). If you cannot remember your password, please use the password reset instructions below instead.
Forgot Your Password?
Can't remember the password you used last time? No worries!
Click the "Forgot your Password?" link.
Answer your pre-set security questions.
You will then be prompted to securely reset your password.
